Robert is a native New Orleanian who takes great pride in the culinary prowess of his beloved hometown. He has worked in all facets of the restaurant industry throughout the country for the past 26 years, ranging from General Manager to Regional VP to Partner.

Robert joined the Creole Cuisine team in the summer of 2015 as a Partner/Executive General Manager of Boulevard American Bistro in Metairie.

Carolyn is an Atlanta native with a strong passion for food and wine.  As a 3-year veteran of the Houston’s Service Staff, Hillstone Restaurant group offered her an opportunity to move to New Orleans and help rebuild the restaurants after Hurricane Katrina. She fell in love with all that the city had to offer and made it her new home.  Upon receiving her Culinary Degree from Delgado in 2009, she developed her skills in the kitchen and became a Sous Chef at Ruth’s Chris, New Orleans.  She was hired on with CCRC in the Fall of 2015 as the Kitchen Manager for Boulevard American Bistro, and in an effort to expand her knowledge base, she’s studying to be a Certified Sommelier.
